Not only is it fun to draw, paint, sculpt and make music, but studies show that the arts help students become more creative, self-expressive and to develop critical problem-solving skills. In partnership with Sacred Heart School for the Arts, our Arts Exploration Program enables Model School students to take a range of performing arts classes as part of their school-day curriculum. Classes include violin, keyboard, choir, percussion, handbells, drama and band.
In addition to providing much of the performing and visual arts integration throughout the school day, Sacred Heart School for the Arts offers a variety of afterschool classes and/or private lessons in dance, drama, music and visual art. From Ballet to Hip-Hop, traditional piano to theater production and everything in between, there is no shortage of opportunities for creative expression. We even provide bus service across campus to and from classes for your family’s convenience. Click here to view the Sacred Heart School for the Arts course catalog.
